What is Trazly?
Trazly is a SaaS platform that centralizes the operational employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, access management, and traceability. It replaces Excel, emails, and scattered folders with a single simple place built for SMBs in LATAM and Brazil.
Can I connect Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Microsoft 365 connects once from Settings → Integrations, giving you access to OneDrive/SharePoint to store each employee's documentation. Google Drive works through Google's native picker: each user selects the employee's folder with their own account, with no persistent connection to manage. Both integrations have been live in production since July 2026.
What language is Trazly in?
Trazly is available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (Brazil), with per-member language selection.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, 30 days with full access; no charge during the trial. After that, US$8 per seat per month (minimum 5).
What's included in Dedicated Implementation?
Everything in the Trazly plan, plus guided setup and custom configuration, assisted data migration, a dedicated account manager, priority support, team training, a signed DPA (LGPD/GDPR), your logo in the platform and emails, and invoice-based billing with an annual payment discount. How does per-seat pricing work?
Buy the seats you need (minimum 5) and pay for the seats you buy. Each active employee occupies one seat; adjust your seats from Settings → Billing as your team grows or shrinks.
Is my data secure?
Your data is hosted in Brazil (São Paulo), transmitted encrypted in transit, and stored encrypted at rest. Each company is isolated from others, with role-based access and full traceability of every action. Built to help you comply with LGPD and GDPR.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Does Trazly replace my payroll system?
No. Trazly manages the operational lifecycle (onboarding, access, documents, offboarding), not payroll processing. We work as a complement to your current payroll system; in the future we'll offer direct integrations with the main providers in the region.
