The operational problem

As the team grows, each hire involves HR, IT, and the direct manager.

  • Each hire is coordinated differently.
  • Tasks do not have a visible owner or due date.
  • Documents are requested through several channels.
  • Assets and access sit outside the hiring process.

How it works

A template turns every hire into a repeatable process.

  1. 01

    Choose a template

Start from a reusable process and adapt it to the new employee’s role or team.

  2. 02

    Assign owners

HR, IT, and managers see their tasks, dates, and pending documents in the same flow.

  3. 03

    Close with history

The finished process remains linked to the employee record with assets, access, and evidence.

The entire hiring process connected to the employee record.

Trazly organizes HR operations; it does not calculate or pay payroll.

  • Configurable onboarding templates
  • Phases, tasks, owners, and dates
  • Document requests and uploads

FAQ

Onboarding questions

Can I create different onboarding processes?

Yes. Create and reuse templates with different phases and tasks for each role, team, or operation.

Does Trazly automatically create accounts in other platforms?

Not yet. You can record and control assigned access; automatic provisioning to external platforms is on the roadmap.

Can the new employee complete tasks?

Yes. Each person has a task inbox and can upload the documents assigned to them.

Do I need to implement payroll to use onboarding?

No. Trazly does not manage payroll and can complement the system you already use.
